At V.A. Guides, we specialize in adventure. Our trips are tailored to meet the specific needs of our guests, while maximizing fun and safety. All trips are private, with a range of options: kayaking, rock climbing, stand-up paddle, surfing, and hiking. Explore the magical California coastline with the local experts.

We provide all equipment and offer a complimentary lunch for all guests. Whether you want to paddle the water with dolphins, rock climb in a lush canyon, or try out surfing at one of our famous surf breaks, VA Guides has you covered.

All trips are led by certified professional guides, offering the highest quality outings and experiences for our guests. Our guides are certified by the American Mountain Guides Association and are certified NOLS Wilderness First Responders.

Serving Ventura and the surrounding communities including Ojai, Oxnard, Santa Barbara, Thousand Oaks, and Camarillo. Remote trips in Malibu and Los Angeles are available as well.
